Please notify us via email hello@bythehorns.co.nz (within 14 days of your purchase arriving) that you would like to return and/or exchange your item. Item must be in original packaging and unused.
All prints are made to order and carefully packaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, it will be replaced.
To reduce shipping times and minimise our carbon footprint, prints are produced and framed locally in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the United States, and Europe through my trusted global print partners.
New Zealand:
• Unframed prints – approx. 4 business days.
• Framed prints & canvases – approx. 7 business days.
Larger framed canvases may take 3-4 weeks
Australia:
• Unframed prints – approx 7 business days
• Framed prints & canvases – approx. 7 business days.
Rest of world varies but similar to Australia and NZ.
