Made-to-Order Artwork
All artwork is produced to order and made specifically for you.
Production begins once your order has been received and payment has been processed.
Because each piece is custom made, production times vary depending on the product, size and framing option selected.
To reduce shipping times, minimise the risk of damage in transit, and lower our environmental footprint, we work with trusted printing and framing partners in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. Wherever possible, your artwork will be produced and shipped from a partner located within your country or region.
Production & Delivery Times
Most orders are produced and delivered within approximately 7 business days.
Larger framed artworks, oversized prints and canvas pieces may take approximately 7–12 business days.
Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or promotional events.
Shipping
We ship throughout New Zealand, Australia and selected international destinations.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email where available.
As artwork is produced by local fulfilment partners wherever possible, delivery times are generally faster than traditional international shipping methods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
By The Horns Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
