At By The Horns ltd, each print is made to order just for you. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece, from the moment it's printed to when it’s carefully packaged and shipped.
❌ Returns & Exchanges
As all prints are produced on demand, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. We do not hold stock or operate a showroom, each order is printed specifically for the customer.
Please choose your artwork, size, and format carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect piece for your space. All sizes are explained on the Size Guide.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare case your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:

Email us at hello@bythehorns.co.nz within 5 days of delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage and packaging
We’ll organise a reprint and ensure it gets to you safely.
