Returns & Replacements Policy

At By The Horns ltd, each print is made to order just for you. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece, from the moment it's printed to when it’s carefully packaged and shipped.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

As all prints are produced on demand, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. We do not hold stock or operate a showroom, each order is printed specifically for the customer.

Please choose your artwork, size, and format carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect piece for your space. All sizes are explained on the Size Guide.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

• Email us at hello@bythehorns.co.nz within 5 days of delivery

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll organise a reprint and ensure it gets to you safely.

By The Horns Tee Shirts

We hope you love your new By The Horns - La Vintage Tee Shirt and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish  exchange your order, please notify us + return your item within 14 days. Item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags to receive an exchange or credit. Please note, we can not offer refunds as these are made to order. 

- We currently do not accept returns for items shipped outside of New Zealand, we are unable to support exchanges through our online store.

Please notify us via email hello@bythehorns.co.nz (within 14 days of your purchase arriving) that you would like to return and/or exchange your item.

We recommend you use a tracked courier, as we can not take responsibility for lost returns.
