The Captain is a handsome Angus Bull who lives on our farm here in Mid Canterbuy. The Angus breed of cattle is known for its ease of keeping. They are quiet, good-natured and calm. The Captain was just that. Although intimidating to look at and be around, I was able to get up closely to capture all his beauty. 

 This is limited edition print. Once they have sold out, no more will be printed under any circumstance. All prints sold will be numbered, named and signed. Prices may increase as the limited edition run closes to an end. 

Please handle your prints with care and avoid overly rubbing or touching the surface. To keep your prints looking great, they must be handled with care and preferably framed or displayed right away.

Fine Art Prints:

Your print is printed on archival museum quality fine art paper. 

• Black prints will mark from the oils of your fingertips, please only open using gloves. You will not be refunded if you mark your print with your fingertips. 

  Handle with Care - Oils from your fingertips can mark black prints easily. It is advised dark prints are purchased framed or opened by a framer and framed by a professional framer. Please do not attempt to open the print yourself,  then re roll back up in the tube. This will mark the print. Please read more information about framing below.

   

Framed Prints -  

Frames are handmade and can be shipped worldwide.

For shipping purposes we frame with museum quality Shinkolyte acrylic – a cast acrylic with excellent thickness tolerances and 10 times the impact strength of glass and a crystal clear transparency – chemical resistant and with a light transmittance rate of 93% (the same as traditional glass used for picture framing). We can of course use glass, but you’ll have to collect from us. Please ask us about "Invisible glass" option. It is an added cost, but amazing! Tip - Darker prints to have more reflection off the glass. Ask about the non reflective glass or invisible glass option (additional cost) 

 

            Canvas Prints: 

Darker prints look amazing on canvas as you don't get reflection from the glass that you get on the framed glass prints. 
Cotton-polyester canvas, long-life  inkjet printing; museum grade lacquer (lustre finish, protects against moisture, abrasion and UV damage).

Our canvas prints are presented on a sturdy 1-1/4” (32mm) stretcher frame, with hanging hardware already attached.

We use only the best  archival canvas, certified by the Fine Art Trade Guild.The printed canvas is wrapped around the edges of the frame and shipped in a sturdy box. Shipping  is available worldwide. 

 

        Framed Canvases:

Your canvas already comes stretched ready to hang, however you do have the option of purchasing your canvas framed. This means a beautiful floating frame around your canvas to give it that wow factor!

 

All By The Horns prints, frames and canvases are hand-made to order, and the volume of orders we receive varies week to week and seasonally — which means production times can and do change. Shipping Time Guideline:

At peak times of year, especially the end-of-year holiday season, our sales volumes increase 3-4 times. Our staff push hard to get the work out, but our service times do extend. We will update our blog page with any changes, but from October to December our times do extend out after cut off orders are processed.
