Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted provided the pillowcase is unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Please use a tracked shipping method for returns. Return postage and any postage required for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Items marked SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
