A Covid Update and shipping times - November 2021
New Zealand
1. Will you be able to ship my print order since Auckland is in level three?
By The Horn's printers are located in Auckland. Auckland is currently in level three lockdown, and the printers are working hard to catch up with the backlog and to ship out orders.
2. I have not received my tracking order yet, can you please update me on the progress of my order?
We will do our best to update you on the progress of your order, however, if you have not received a tracking number yet it simply means it isn't completed and hasn't been despatched yet.
3. I made an order and I haven't received a confirmation.
All orders ordered through the website will receive an email confirming your order. Please check your junk mail if you have not received this.
4. I have received my tracking number, however the tracking shows it is delayed.
The NZ post website is the best place to find out the shipping progress. But please be aware that they will be experiencing delays and it may take longer than normal. If their website states they are experiencing delays, then you may have to wait a bit longer. You are able to contact NZ post yourself to find out any information on your shipping progress.
6. Can you ship By The Horns Select Items?
Yes, the By The Horns Select items are located at my property in Canterbury and we are now in Alert Level two, this means we are we can continue to ship these items. Please note though, courier companies are still experiencing delays due to the volume of orders being shipped around the country at the moment.
Australia
1. Are you currently able to ship to Australia?
Yes By The Horns use printers in Australia for Australian orders therefor can currently ship in Australia.
2. I have not received my tracking order yet, can you please update me on the progress of my order?
We will do our best to update you on the progress of your order, however, if you have not received a tracking number yet it simply means it isn't completed and hasn't been despatched yet. The printers are working in an environment where they social distancing, so printing is taking longer than normal.
3. My item has been shipped however the tracking shows it has not moved.
The courier companies are so overwhelmed with the volume of postage that they simply are not scanning or providing updates with orders. So although it shows your item has not moved from the depot, it is actually still making its way to the destination. But please expect delays.
4. I have been waiting so long for my order, is it lost?
The courier companies are experiencing huge delays due to the volume of parcels and with the state borders being closed, some courier companies are having to change drivers at the state borders and this of course causes delays. We understand how frustrating it is to wait so long for your print, but like last year, they will arrive! Keep checking your tracking number and information about the delays they are experiencing.
5. I made an order and I haven't received a confirmation.
