Christmas Delivery Guidelines Hello! The holidays are around the corner and it's time to prepare for the busy season, can you believe it?
Things are more normal now than last year — no more lockdowns! But please send your orders in ASAP — we’ll have much more work to process than usual, and supply chains and courier delays are still an issue. We always say that these are guidelines, not deadlines, but we do encourage you to follow them to get to the top of the line, and with less stress for you and me!
New Zealand: 
Frames, Canvases : Saturday, 3rd December
Large unframed Prints : Saturday 10th December
Small unframed Prints: Thursday 15th December
We will accept small loose print orders until 21st December and aim to have them shipped before we close, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Book orders no later than the 20th December.
Australia:
Framed fine art print orders cut off December 5th for Christmas Delivery.
For all canvas orders, the cut off is November 14.
Please note for areas such as Western Australia, NT and far rural areas delivery can take 3-4 weeks in peak Christmas time. Please keep this in mind.
We will still process orders after this date, but we just cannot guarantee its arrival for Christmas.
Book orders no later than 1st of December as they are shipped from NZ. (cannot guarantee delivery time so the sooner the better!)
Western Australia: orders are now closed for Christmas delivery as we cannot guarantee delivery in time. However you can still order if you don’t mind waiting :)

Due to damage to the rail and road network from flooding, Australia Post has declared an emergency event and has suspended eParcel deliveries to Western Australia.
Online store remains open after Christmas cut off dates and all orders will be printed and shipped once printers reopen on the 9th of Jan. Your order is added to the print queue , so the sooner order is placed the sooner is printed and shipped once printers have re opened.
